Here you will enjoy 10 amazing lakes spread over 160 acres, taking in beautiful scenic woodland walks, and if you’re a keen cyclist – why not bring your bike! Whether you like the thrill of taking to the water, tranquil night fishing, or just the simple serenity of being nestled in nature with friends or family – L A K E V I E W 7️⃣ is the place for you!

✪ Inside the Van: Our van is the 6 Berth Atlas Debonair 2021 MY. 2 Bedrooms that sleeps Max. of 6, with a large pull out double in the lounge. The van is centrally heated & is double glazed throughout. There is a Washing Machine, 42” Samsung Smart TV, Multi-functional DVD player lets you watch the latest films in various media formats. Additional “snuggle” blankets and cushions available for those colder winter nights. Master Bedroom has comfortable Kingsize bed with En-suite WC and the main bathroom has a family size double shower.

✪ Outside the Van: There is wrap around secure decking where your little ones and dogs can roam and play safely. On the main deck there is a Large Gas BBQ with 4 burners and side burner. High quality dining table and chairs including large parasol, comfy sun loungers and outdoor rugs. Grassed garden areas at lakefront and to the left-hand side of van – all with wonderful views over the main lake. Large fishing peg/ sun decking on waters edge. Parking space for two vehicles on stoned area at side of van.

✪ For the Family: On site there is a lovely Bar & Restaurant. Here you can sit outdoor overlooking the main Clearwater Lake. A well sized children’s play area is situated at side of restaurant. There are also nature walks for all to enjoy cover 🏞️ 160 acres of woodland with picnic benches dotted around. 5 minutes drive away there is large sports complex with swimming pool, outdoor tennis and netball courts, ⚽ 9v9 3G outdoor football pitch, 16 station gym and Fitness studio. There are also 🎳 2 ten-pin bowling complexes with amusements within a 15 minute drive. 8 minute drive away is 📽️ Vue Cinema with which has seven screens. 🦁 Yorkshire Wildlife Park and and Messingham Zoo are just 25 minutes away.

⛳ GOLFERS PARADISE- Lincolnshire Golf Course, Crowle (1.2 miles) – The par 73 parkland golf course is quite challenging with many holes built around the numerous lakes with the signature par 12th having an island green. There is also an additional 6 Golf Course within a 15 mile radius!***

ℹ️ Please note that there is an additional £30 cleaning charge on all bookings & this is paid directly to our cleaner/ meet a greeter.

ℹ️ Generally, we only allow two small/ medium dogs, or one large dog given the confined area within the property. But being dog lovers ourselves we can understand that you wish to bring your dogs with you, so if you wish to bring two larger dogs, please contact us to discuss. Please note that there is a fixed fee of £10 per dog – thank you. 🙂
