The caravan is used by us on a regular basis so is exceptionally well kept & presented. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including king sized master bedroom with ensuite, large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge area, large wraparound veranda with plenty of seating, 43” SMART tv in lounge with choice of HD Freeview or HD Freesat. TVs in both bedrooms. Hairdryer/iron/ironing board/travel cot/slow cooker/halogen cooker/sandwich toaster / games/DVDs all available alongside all the usual expected things like double glazing/central heating/full gas cooker with extractor fan/ electric fire/own parking space next to caravan.

Site is on coast between Scarborough & Filey usual Park Resort facilities available. Passes not  included as many people do not require them but you can purchase them at reception if you wish sh to use the pool & entertainment venue.
