Lovely and cosy holiday home, located in a quiet area of the fabulous Cayton Bay holiday park. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets (1 with shower) plus a pull out double bed. Fantastic park facilities and the beach just a short walk away!

Welcome to our spacious, modern and cosy holiday home located in a quiet area of Cayton Bay Holiday Park.

We are located next to the small woodland area at the edge of the holiday park and, unlike many, we have wide open space to one side, yet we are only a short walk from the main centre and the beach.

There is plenty to do in the centre including various play areas, high ropes, a bar/restaurant, show bar with evening entertainment, games area, swimming pool and much more!

Outside we have a veranda, which is a wonderful place to sit and relax, whether it be for breakfast or at the end of the day.

You can walk directly to the beach in around 10-15 minutes, or it’s literally a few minutes drive away with plenty of parking near the beach paths. We even have an outside tap for washing off muddy or sandy shoes etc at the end of the day.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 being a double, the other two are both twin rooms but can be adapted for youngsters too (we can provide a travel cot etc.) – see the photos for the various options.

We have 2 toilets, both with sinks, the main one also having a good sized shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle, double toaster, fridge freezer and a dishwasher

We have a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Prime, on demand channels, etc.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated, perfect for the colder months.

Scarborough and Filey are a short drive away and there are plenty of walks around the area.

Whether you are wanting a base from which to explore or somewhere just to relax and unwind, our van is the perfect place.
