Southview Park

I have a brand new 8 berth, 3 bedroom static caravan on one of Lincolnshires most prestigious sites, Southview holiday Park is a Parkdean resort and is just 3 miles from the beach of Skegness.. near enough to enjoy a day at the seaside but also far enough away to chill and relax away from it all.. our caravan is also sited next to one of Southviews fishing lakes which house carp up to 10lb.. so bring your fishing gear, fishing is charged at £6 per day.. you must hold a valid rod license.
I bought this static caravan Brand new in July 2022, it has double glazed windows, central heating, dish washer, large fridge / freezer, 40inch flat screen smart TV, Dvd player with huge selection of children’s dvd’s to keep them occupied when they are not out playing..
The site which is owned by Park Dean resorts has just spent over 5 million pounds on new amenities, there is so much for the kids to do, swimming , crazy golf, climbing wall, zip wire, archery, bike hire.. there is a gaming hall with all the latest computer on line games. There is an arcade with lots to do, A main clubhouse with nightly entertainment..
A fitness centre, restaurant with bar, loads of places to eat, fish n chip shop, pizza, southern fried chicken. On site Spar shop.. even a bus stop on site which will take you straight in to Skegness.
So the caravan itself has::
1 double bedroom with double bed
2 x twin room with 2 x single beds in each
1 double bed that pulls out of the settee in the lounge
All bedding is supplied.. and is fresh on the day of your arrival. All beds have mattress protectors on them.
1 toilet room
1 toilet room with shower
Full kitchen with everything you need, kettle, toaster, full fridge / freezer, dish washer, pots n pans, cups, plates, cutlery, microwave…
Double glazed windows throughout, central heating, ..
Available for rent now, all dates available.. for this year and next..
Please note: we do not provide towels, you will need to bring your own..
Please contact me for prices, obviously different parts of the season are different prices.. but we are considerably cheaper than Parkdean prices.. if you require passes to use the facilities while you are on site they can be purchased from reception (please book them in advance) they are £28 per week per adult and £24 per week per child, you will need passes to use the on-site facilities, entre the clubhouse fir the nightly entertainment, book the swimming pool, and so on.

We don’t offer a Saturday to Saturday booking.
We have a minimum 3 night break policy.
We will require a £100 deposit to secure your stay, the remainder is payable 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE.. A futher £100 insurance deposit bond is payable before your stay. This is used for breakages or any damage caused.
This will be paid back to you once our cleaners have entered the van and checked everything is ok.OK.. this is something we have to do to make sure our van stays in excellent condition and is ready for the next occupier.
